Ultimate Muskie Adventure Raffle – Official Rules

Pomme de Terre Chapter of Muskies Inc.
A 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization

1. Purpose

All proceeds from this raffle will support muskie stocking, conservation efforts, and related initiatives carried out by the Pomme de Terre Chapter of Muskies Inc.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to individuals 18 years of age or older
  • Void where prohibited by law
  • By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to these Official Rules

3. Ticket Information

  • Ticket price: $25 per ticket
  • Bundle options may be offered (e.g., 5 for $100, 15 for $250)
  • A maximum of 1,600 tickets will be sold

Tickets will be issued as follows:

  • Tickets 1–800: sold online
  • Tickets 801–1600: sold in person

Each ticket will be assigned a unique, sequential number.

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

4. How to Enter

Tickets may be purchased:

  • Online through the official raffle page
  • In person through authorized representatives of the organization

Each ticket purchased corresponds to one entry in the raffle.

5. Prizes

Grand Prize:
7-day trip to Lake Vermilion (Whispering Winds Resort)
Dates: September 11–18, 2027
Estimated Value: $2,000

Second Prize:
Shimano Tranx 400 reel + Chaos Assault Stick rod
Estimated Value: $590

Total Estimated Prize Value: $2,590

Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash unless otherwise determined by the organization.

6. Drawing

  • Drawing Date: January 1, 2027
  • The drawing will be conducted by the Pomme de Terre Chapter of Muskies Inc.
  • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible tickets (1–1600)

Participants do not need to be present to win.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted using the information provided at the time of ticket purchase.

If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of tickets sold (maximum 1,600 tickets).

9. General Conditions

  • By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules
  • The Pomme de Terre Chapter of Muskies Inc. is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries
  • The organization reserves the right to modify or cancel the raffle if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances

10. Taxes

Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with prize winnings.

11. Publicity

By accepting a prize, winners grant permission for the organization to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
